Designer Kikko Paradela and I found a plethora of toys in an abandoned house set for demolition. We decided to clean the toys, sell them and put the money back into the community. At first we scavenged through the abandoned house trying to tell a compelling story about the people who once lived there through the objects they left behind. While excavating, we found a vast collection of toys still in good condition. We decided to realign our Philanthropic project by cleaning the toys (disinfecting them with white vinegar) sell them (on a custom built online store and pop up toy shop) and donated the money back to the community.
